  • Unidentified 039 (Wood Family) Many years ago while cleaning out a garage for my Grandmother, I discovered this portrait. It was behind a print of sailing ships in another frame that fell apart as I picked it up. This well-dressed gentleman has puzzled me for many years, and I have been unable to identify him. The portrait was made by: “Strickler Studio, E. E. Pittsburgh, PA”, and I believe it is from the early 20th century. It is on a heavy cardstock/cardboard type of material. Any help in identification of the gentleman in the portrait would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Steven Wood, woodsb2@longwood.edu
