Diane Klinefelter is the former Library Director at the Andrew Carnegie Free Library & Music Hall in Carnegie and former Curator of their Civil War museum room – the Captain Thomas Espy Post of the Grand Army of the Republic. She is a historian, lecturer, and author, having written two books on the Civil War. Before joining the Andrew Carnegie Library, she was the military records specialist at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall. She holds an undergraduate in American History from Carlow University and a master’s degree in Library & Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
