Richards.  Dr. Richards discusses the life and career of Philander Chase Knox: lawyer, bank director and politician who served as United States Attorney General, a Senator from Pennsylvania and Secretary of State. Born in Brownsville, PA, he served in the Cabinet under three presidents.  Dr. Richards is a retired professor and currently serves as President of the Elizabeth Township Historical Society.
