Angie Bush will present “Tales from the Research Genealogical Trenches.” At the heart of genealogical research is answering questions of kinship and identity to make connections with our ancestors and cousins. Angie Bush makes hundreds of these connections using DNA and historical records every year. Learn some of the techniques that have fueled these discoveries and how genealogy empowers journeys of personal discovery to enrich all of our lives.
This program will be free and open to the public as part of the Genealogical Research Institute of Pittsburgh’s (GRIP) evening speaker series. The program is sponsored by the Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society.
