Preserving Your Family Records

October 8, 2022 10:30 am - 11:30 am Virtual Event

As a genealogist, chances are, you’ve also become the keeper of the family “stuff” — photos, letters, documents, scrapbooks, and more. Learn how to preserve those materials for the long term with the right housing and storage options. Amy Welch is the Library Services Manager for Local History, Archives and Special Collections at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and trained as an archivist, a librarian who specializes in historical documents.

This will be a virtual program, and is free and open to the public. Please register at https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJItcuChrDsjGtRNLG3CRX0L22uvbsGS_0_d. You will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and passcode.
