We will send you a photocopy of a completed application form, along with documents of proof of residency, for one approved First Families Ancestor Application previously submitted by a WPGS member. An index to First Family ancestors is searchable online for WPGS members.

Please complete the  WPGS Research Services Order Form and email these forms to research@wpgs.org after initiating a PayPal payment. You may order additional copies of document pages as needed from the file at a fee of $.50 per page.
