Cover has been preserved in plastic. Missing first pages; begins with the Preface, page vii. It looks as though a child (possibly Joan Dougherty, 109 North 4th Street) at St. Peter’s School, McKeesport, PA, had a field day with a crayon, but the information that is contained is still priceless.
